Welcome to Thomas Classic and Modern
Thomas Classic and modern is a family run business based in sunny South Wales specialising in classic Mini Restoration. The mini is our passion, we own them, we drive them, we race them as well as service them, repair them, care for them and restore them to the highest standard possible.
We have been established 9 years and have a specialist team who posses a vast array of knowledge not not only of classic minis but of all cars.
Ross has been an avid car enthusiast from a young age. Since the age of 16 worked his way from an apprentice technician through to service manager covering all the roles in between.
It has long since been his ambition to turn his passion for classic cars especially the mini into a business, and this is how Thomas classic and Modern was born.

Although we specialise in the Classic Mini we can offer you information, help and support with all car, both Classic and Modern.
Not only do we repair and restore minis, we own them, drive them, and care for them, our knowledge of the mini both in terms of bodywork, mechanical running gear and engines are second to none, we work on all our customers car as if they were our own.
Whatever level of restoration required we'll undertake it, we will not compromise on quality, using only the best parts and tools for the job.

We can arrange collection and storage of the vehicle.

we do everything from everyday service and daily maintenance, MOT, mechanical repairs, wiring issues, replacement panels to full restoration from start to finish, if its an engine issue you have we can help with that too, gearbox rebuild, cylinder head conversions, to a complete engine rebuild to bespoke specification to suit your individual needs with our unique interest free staged payment scheme.
If its part of a Mini then we can fix it, repair it, replace it or modify it.
